How do we use your photos?

    We respect how personal your photos are. Any image you upload is used only to create your custom item. We do not sell, share, or distribute customer images to third parties. Photos are securely stored and deleted after order completion unless required for customer support or re-orders.



    What is laser printed jewelry?
  • Our photo jewelry is laser printed, not engraved. This means the image is printed on onto the surface of the metal using advanced laser technology, allowing for more realistic detail, softer shading, and clearer facial features compared to traditional engraving.

What kind of photos work best?

  • Clear, well-lit photos with faces facing the camera work best.
  • We recommend: Natural lighting, in-focus images, minimal shadows, high resolution ( not blurry or pixelated)

Will my photo be changed or edited?

  • We do not alter the photo itself. We only make light professional adjustments( contrast, brightness, and clarity) to ensure it prints beautifully on the pendant while staying true to your original image.

Will the photo be in colour?

  • Laser-printed photos appear in grayscale/black tones, not full colour.

What material are our products made from?

  • Our necklaces are made from high-quality stainless steel, with optional 18k gold PVD plating.

Will the image fade over time?

  • With proper care, your necklace is made to last. To keep it looking its best avoid harsh chemicals and perfumes, remove before swimming or showering, gently wipe with soft cloth. Normal wear may cause subtle changes over time, just like any fine jewelry.

How long does it take to make my order?

  • All custom pieces are made to order.
  • Processing time: 2-4 business days
  • Shipping times are calculated at checkout

Do you ship outside of Canada?

  • At this time, we  ship within Canada only

Can I return to exchange a custom product?

  • Because each piece is custom-made using your personal photo, personal initial or name, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there's ever an issue, please contact us-- we truly care about making it right.
